From there, we stitch that exact handwriting onto a handkerchief, a clothing item, or a keepsake.

We didn't just start doing this yesterday! The Handkerchief Shop has been embroidering handwritten messages for over 11 years. Over the last decade, we have seen it all, and let me tell you, the stories never fail to bring a tear to my eye.

There is something so deeply moving about holding a piece of fabric and seeing the familiar loops and curves of a loved one's handwriting. I always say that it is more permanent than paper and more permanent than pen. It’s a way to keep a memory tangible.
