Shipping & Our Commitment

Every piece is packed by hand and shipped from our Marlton, New Jersey studio. Because we prioritize quality over speed, embroidered items typically leave our studio within 7-10 business days. Un-embroidered items typically leave the studio within 3-5 business days.

Some exceptions include special orders, bulk order, custom designed embroidery orders or out of stock items for which more time might be required. If more time is required, The Handkerchief Shop will contact you to make sure the lead time is acceptable.

Production Process

Since 2008, we have been manufacturing American-made handkerchiefs. Your custom project undergoes a multi-step process—from making or sourcing the materials for your project to professional design, digitization and embroidery to final hand-pressing—before it is shipped to you.

Domestic Shipping (Currently only shipping in the USA)

We ship through USPS and UPS

First Class: 5- 7 days from day shipped

Priority Mail: 3-5 days from day shipped

Express Mail: 1-2 days from day shipped

The shipping method selected does not affect the making time in the studio. The making time will still be 7-10 business days from the time the order is placed.

Returns

While we cannot offer refunds for carrier delays or custom-made items, your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an error in your embroidery, please contact us at info@thehandkerchiefshop.com within 15 days so we can make it right.

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.
