    My fiance and I ordered four handkerchiefs in total. When we received our order however, one of our handkerchiefs was missing and we accidentally received one from another order. Although I knew the customer service hours were over, I wanted to make sure I left a message with our concern. Within 30 minutes we received a phone call apologizing for the mistake and were reassured that a new handkerchief was being shipped, free of cost. We were extremely impressed with the overall customer experience, even down to the small confetti package included in our order. Highly recommended.

    The hanky is not fancy by any means, just a plain piece of white cloth. The monogram was nice, and it will work well enough!

    I love my order from the hankerchief shop.I ordered it for my fiancé as a wedding gift and I got it personalized.The customer service I receive went well beyond my expectations.I called numerous times to ask questions about the order I was placing and she even called me to verify my order to make sure it was just as I wanted it.I receivers excellent service from beginning to end and I'm so very please with the final product.I elk define fly order from her again.

    I ordered these hankies with a navy blue, three initial, script monogram for my son's eighteenth birthday. They arrived in perfect condition and in perfect time. They are beautiful. He's quite the gentleman, and I know he'll love them. Thank you for helping give him such a perfect gift.

    Purchased this Hanky for a nephew whose daughter is getting married in April.
    They have always had a great relationship and there will definitely be tears, but as the Happy Hank will remind them only Happy Wedding Day Tears.
