"In what order do I embroider my initials?" I get asked this question all the time. So I thought it would be helpful to create a Monogram Etiquette page as an easy guide the monogram tradition.

The first thing to note is the order you enter your initials when placing your order on TheHandkerchiefShop.com, will be the order that they are embroidered. Next, think about the recipient of the handkerchief. Are they a man, woman, bride-to-be, groom-to-be? If the couple is married or are getting married, will they share the same last name?
